Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the charter captain or operator.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due as specified at the time of booking.
- Please ensure all trip details (date, time, guest count) are correct before confirming your booking.
Payments
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include applicable taxes and fees. The reservation deposit is collected online; any remaining balance is paid directly to the captain as described during booking.
Cancellations & Weather
- Cancellation policies vary by captain and are shown before you confirm your booking.
- If a trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather or conditions beyond the captain's control, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund of your deposit where applicable.
- No-shows and late arrivals may be treated as cancellations.
Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow the captain's instructions and all safety guidelines at all times. The captain reserves the right to end a trip early without refund if a guest's behavior endangers the safety of the vessel, crew or other passengers.
Our Role
Los Barriles Sportfishing is an advertising and booking platform that connects guests with independent charter captains and operators. The charter experience itself is provided by these independent operators, who are responsible for the vessel, crew and the trip.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Los Barriles Sportfishing is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of a charter service booked through our platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
